Allison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience. Using an integrative and holistic lens, Allison views the diversity and challenges of the human experience with empathy and compassion; she believes that real, meaningful change is possible. She views her relationship with patients as an opportunity to support their journey and is constantly amazed by the resilience of the human spirit.

With training in ACT, DBT, CBT, Perinatal Mental Health, and certification in Yoga Informed Therapy, Allison applies a fresh lens to each individual appointment.
